12 Cheese & Potato Pierogi (v)
The national dish of Poland! Our Cheese & Potato Pierogi (known in Poland as "Ruskie") are the ultimate comfort food: fluffy mashed potato, tangy cheese and slow fried caramelised onion. Enjoy with slow cooked onions and lashings of butter.
Suitable for vegetarians.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Bring a pan of water to a vigorous boil.
Add frozen pierogi and stir gently. Cook on high for 5 minutes.
Drain and serve.
Optional: Pan fry in butter or oil until golden.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Keep frozen at −18°C or below. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Cook from frozen.
